Bug me not!

That depends on the type of bug. If it's an ant, I just keep it on the plate. Ants are spicy and they're a good substitute for hot sauce. ;)

If it's good food (generally I only eat good food), I'll knock it away/**** it and continue eating. If it's crappy food the bug presence may be enough for me to lose my appetite, and I'll throw it away.

Had the same dilema once, but of your options the only one I could possibly have choosen is "Throw away the dish".Click pic for why that was so.

Oh, you wuss! I've had bugs twice that size in Hollandaise sauce. :D

What do you do when you discover an insect on your plate?
We used to get these little cupboard buggies inside our breakfast cereal growing up. You'd pour the milk into the bowl . . . then the cereal . . dammit ! Two - three of these live bugs floating in the cereal

*** used to say half kidding . . "don't worry, they won't eat much".

Brooklyn Humor they tell me. :dunno:

If they are on my plate, I don't eat anymore of it, unless they are on my food, For the most part bugs don't bother me.. I am such an ****** lover that I would only **** flies, misquitoes, and probably roaches, and maggots.. all other insects get a pass or are released outdoors.. :hatsoff:

Same here, no matter what I was eating there is no way I could get rid of it and continue eating.
I guess you'd have a problem going camping!

It all depends is I'm eat a meal with a lady friend or by myself. If I'm with a lady friend I'll through it away. If I'm by myself which I am, I'll push it aside and keep eating!

We all eat bugs in our food everyday. The law allows certain amounts of insect parts in our food.

We eat from one to two pounds of insects each year, and without knowing it.

That happened more than a couple of times with some grain and other stuff we had stored up while I was growing up, but at least in my case the bugs were usually dead. Of course my *** made us eat it anyway.

I also once bought a loaf of bread with some type of small worm trapped inside of it that was still alive.

It depends on the type of bug. If it seems like it came with the food, then I throw it away. If it seems like it came from elsewhere and just happened to land on the food, then I push it aside and keep eating. I basically don't want to eat anything that has had a bug or bugs in it for any length of time.

I would assume that insect hair and rodent parts still apply ?

We eat rat and mice ***** as well. It's in all of our breakfast cereals, in minute amounts anyway.

The worst is when a yellow jacket wasp gets inside of your soda pop can . . and you don't know it !
