Tough question. As far as I remember, I've always enjoyed 001s posts and he's certainly been one of most industrious posters on this little board of ours. Plus, while I'm sometimes frowning upon some other people's comments, he always struck me as a guy one could very well get along with.

Then again, Digital does have a point, too. What use is a penalty system if it can be revoked anytime it appears suitable? So I'm not sure. How about giving him a 10-day-ban and a very last warning or something like that?

Can't and wouldn't make assumptions for Foxy, but maybe she'll post her own views here, lol :wave2:

The decision is not up to me so I don't think that my opinion or my relationship with him really matters. I doubt that he was banned for anything that has to do with me or Nightfly because all of that is in the past and all of the moderators here know that. I didn't even know he was banned until just a few minutes ago because I didn't check the boards before class this morning. I don't think that he has done anything recently, to my knowledge, to be banned and we get along well now. You'll have to look elsewhere to find the reason he was banned. I hope that he will be back but again, that's not my decision to make.

No i prefer a happy (sarcasm) message board with people respecting each other and showing there good will to make this a happy message board....fuck reading this stuff makes me almost better go watch some TV !!

Let the past be the past....bring the guy back and let the happy happy Joy joy continue.......

I don't even know wht happened! I agree someone should give some sort explanation... I mean if it wasn't for 001 I wouldn't've met Summer or UJ or even joined FreeOnes at all!

i have no strong feelings either way, he was constructively contributing to the board, but what he did in the past really did affect others thoughts on him.

i think we could bring him back as long as he continues to contribute to the board as he has.

The decision is up to mods, they decide who should be banned or not. And their decision is their decision. 001 was ok but once again the decision is up to mods,supermods and admins.

Seeing as Phil77 has been other names also plus, been banned at least twice (I think) maybe more on that name.....Why has he been allowed to stay on FO and 001 got banned as soon as the slow ppl found out who he really was?

That's what makes me wonder too, I mean I aint seen him do nothing wrong at all, in fact the best contribution he made to this board was introducing us all to welshchick. Now I dont know about you, but I dont get how you can get banned for the username you had before being revealed to everyone, it just really got me confused.

Well we have had our differences before, but who hasn't had at one time had issues with someone on a message board. Thats what happens on a message board.

I say unban him, and actually start to cut on banning everyone for ridiculous reasons. Its one thing for spamming, and copyright issues, or if you just attack a certain person on the board. I strongly believe that what is considered "flaming" is not even close.

Arguments on this board are gonna happen, we all have different opinions, but I would hope we are all adults (except RKO!!, j/k bro) and shuld know that this just happens and let it go.

Maybe there is a reasoning behind his ban, who knows, but as another person who has been banned multiple times, I can be somewhat sympathetic. Its not exactly the best feeling to know you are banned and have people try to figure out, and think, OH what did they do THIS time??

Maybe a restriction should be set about what types of thread should be allowed, such as political, or religious threads. Put a stop to all these polls, and celebratory threads. I mean we have enough restrictions already, so I guess it doesn't really matter. Bottom line is if you are a "veteran" of this board, you can't be satisfied with the state of this board right now. Sometimes I don't even feel this is a porn site.

Maybe i was abit harsh saying "slow" but 99% is way too high.

Okay, let me ask you all this, say if NF or Foxy or UJ or me or QBall or Summer for that matter had comeback as someone new, being LR before or someone like him with a different name. Would you have wanted us banned aswell or would you have not made an issue about it in the first place?
