First: Why is it that so many of our members are finding that action so shameful? Guys, you are consuming explicit material on a regular base and that stuff gets done by mostly women who get paid too.
I think she just makes a perfect example of how our system works. And she uses it for her personal best.
Many of the stuff that is for sale today has a price that has a great portion that is somewhat irrational. Or the products are unnecessary. Still we are discussing in another topic about our dream cars, most of them obsolete, heavily over-powered gas-gulpers.
Capitalism is about building up a product and at best, creating a want (not necessarily need) for it, to gain the best price.
She has done that perfectly, and if she gets a kick out of this, hey, good for her.
Think of the sportsmen in professional football, baseball, basketball, you name it, leagues. Does Shaq really DESERVE his pay? 30-plus million dollars? Or Michael Schumacher, the retired Formula 1 driver. He got 62 million per year.
Is that completely rational?
No! They are creating a want to watch the games/races, to buy the cars/shoes, etc, see the sponsors names in a positive light.
They are creating a market.
Guys, it's the 21st century, get up to date. The times they are a-changing - for quite some time.
