Victoria Azarenka wins 6-4, 1-6, 6-3 against Kim Clijsters.
Maria Sharapova wins 6-2, 3-6, 6-4 against Petra Kvitova.
Rafael Nadal wins 6-7, 6-2, 7-6, 6-4 against Roger Federer.

I'm happy with 2 of 3 results, my favourite men go throw, the great Rafael Nadal.
My 2nd favourite women go also throw, the louder Maria Sharapova.
But I'm pretty unhappy because of the lost of Kim Clijsters, my favourte women.

Maria Sharapova will revenge Kim Clijsters, with a victory on Saturday final against Victoria Azarenka, hopefully.

Russians Svetlana Kuznetsova and Vera Zvonareva ground down the Italian pairing of Roberta Vinci and Sara Errani 5-7 6-4 6-3 to win the Australian Open women's doubles title.

Novak Djokovic beat Andy Murray 6-3 3-6 6-7(4) 6-1 7-5 in the Australian Open semi-finals.

Another final between Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic.

Wow what a crazy match, just under five hours.
Murray said he wanted to get into a dogfight with Nole, looks like that is what happened! Another heartbreaking defeat for him again though, couldn't quite get it done. Looks better than previously in some way though, old Murray probably wouldn't have come back from 2-5 down in the final set to almost serving for the match.

Aza/Shara tomorrow, ear plugs at the ready :hairpull:

British duo win boys' title

British duo Liam Broady and Joshua Ward-Hibbert won the Australian Open boys' doubles title in Melbourne.
The sixth-seeded pairing beat opponents Czech Adam Pavlasek and Croatian Filip Veger 6-3 6-2 in just 44 minutes.

The british juniors give some proud for the brits after Murray defeat.

As for the other thing, well, that really was the final of horrors, holy fuck, I couldn't even watch a whole game without switching channels. Absolutely unbearable.

One year ago or so a young Portuguese (I think) player got penalized by the WTA for her infuriating yelling, but I'm pretty sure they won't go after Sharapova or either Azarenka.

The only solution to this problem in my opinion would be people in the stadium constantly booing and whistling, now that would teach 'em, but since that never happened it's not that annoying for everyone I guess. I'm just going to stop watching Sharapova, or any other screaming bitch for that matter (Williams sisters come to mind).

But thank goodness there is the exact opposite as well, Jankovic vs Wozniacki for example, a great match with none to minimal grunting.


Anyhow, would love to have seen Federer and Murray in the final, but obviously they're ranked 3 and 4 for a reason. Now I'm gonna go with Novak. Ајде Djoker!

The WTA is going to address it, I understand. From what I have gathered the "Veterans" are going to have some sort of leeway on the shrieking but they are going to stress to younger players that that shit is unacceptable, so it will be a step in the right direction.

As for watching the yelpers, some times I just mute that shit. It's better that having to endure that trash.
