It's that time again and we're looking for someone new to volunteer to help maintain the board as a FreeOnes moderator!

Job Overview:

As a FreeOnes moderator you are volunteering your time to help maintain the message board. This can include, but is not limited to:

• Keeping the board spam free
• Putting stray threads in the right location on the board
• Answering questions and helping new members
• Helping people follow the Board Rules
• Resolving conflicts between members in a reasonable manner

Qualifications:

• A regular, contributing member for the past 6 months
• No infractions or bans for the past 6 months
• A good working knowledge of the english language
• A good working knowledge of the board rules
• The ability to remain unbiased so you can carry out your duties, even if it mean reprimanding "board friends"
• The ability to follow the directions of FreeOnes Team members and take constructive criticism when needed
• In the EST, Central, Mountain, PST, Alaskan or Hawaiian time zones. If you are in another time zone, please feel free to apply but we're specifically looking for these time zones.

If you feel that you meet the above qualifications and are able to commit to a volunteer position with us, please email the answers to the following questions to petra@freeones.com.

When you send the email, put this in the title: MODERATOR APPLICATION

1.) Where do you live (what time zone)?

2.) How many hours per week do you think you can commit to moderating the board?

3.) Do you think your circumstances might change in the next 3-6 months that will make you have to reduce the time you stated above?

4.) Are you a moderator on any other board? Or have you moderated a board in the past?

5.) Why are you the best person for this position?

Please note, failure to follow directions when mailing in your application will disqualify your application from the running to be a moderator.

I asked you if you wanted to reconsider volunteering for the job but you absolutely insisted on being part of the app process. At least it didn't involve BlueBalls or AY sodomizing you.
