Likewise, but also happy for Sox fans.
Really hated to see either team lose that series :(
Cleveland had a hell of a season.
Will be surprised (and a wee bit lighter in the wallet) if Boston doesn't beat Colorado.

Everything seems to point Boston's way. Yet I have a feeling the Rockies will emerge the winners. They just give off that feel to me. At least I hope for a fun Series one way or the other.

I'm saying Boston in 7. I just think they're too powerful.

Interesting to note though, the Rockies won 2 out of 3 vs. Boston this year, outscoring them 20-5 in the series.

Red Sox in 6. Can't stop Josh Beckett.

I'll say Boston in 6. I really want to say the Rockies because they are on such a streak, but there are some factors, like the long delay, for example, in addition to some other things that make me believe the Sox will win. Really I think it's a toss up though. But I say Boston in 6.

It seems every team I root for loses, so in order to balance it out - I am a Sox fan, the biggest Sox fan ever, Go Sox Go!!!!

On another note, I think I figured out why I can't stand Joe Buck - with all the pauses in his delivery (which I originally thought was to make the listener hang on his every word) are the result of his slow reading skills. He reads this BS to us and short of a stutter and long pauses to us, the listeners. His delivery is so bad, it is sad that Fox puts him out there as their best. Check it out, when something happens he tells what happens in a conversatonal way - in between he is just reading what Fox has for him to say and he has a lot of stop/start in his delivery. He sucks as an announcer - just a talking head, imo.

I agree. I've long thought that the guys "in the truck" deserve much more credit, as they are the ones feeding the relevant information to the stuffed shirts upstairs.

I’ve known people that have tried that before. It doesn't work as the fickle forces of nature that like to see people suffer stay one step ahead of you.:1orglaugh

On a brighter note, as long as Joe Buck is doing the World Series he won't be on Foxes' football games. (I hope) Last week listening to Troy Aikman without Joe Buck there was a breath of fresh air.

This is crazy! I figured Boston would win, but I thought it would go 7 games. I must have overestimated the Rockies.

Interesting stat:
Colorado may have won 21 out of 22, but as of right now (Game 3, Bot 3rd) Boston has scored 21 out of 23 runs scored in this series.

That layoff has seemed to hurt the Rockies alot. Where they could no wrong, they cant seem to do any right anymore... or at least enough for it to matter. shame for sure. I was looking forward to a good series, other than game 2, it hasnt happened so far...

I kind of wanted a good series too, even though I'm rooting for the sox. I wouldn't mind if there were a few more games before baseball season is over. :bawling:
