  • I decided to stand at the house left entrance to front of house, and I was within arm's reach of them when they walked in. I was so close that the tour security guy who escorted them in was jittery every time I turned my phone to shoot the next guy in line. I'll see if I can upload the video so you can see. :D
Done bought my ticket last night. I gotta go set up for a Night Ranger video right now, and then I'm heading down. I can't fucking wait! :jump:
Amerika? Really? That and Te Quiero Puta have to be the most annoying songs Till has ever written. Did they do Spieluhr? If they did, that would definitely be the selling point that would get me to drive to Anaheim on Thursday. Or at least Asche zu Asche or Seemann. I read that on earlier tours when they performed Mein Teil Flake would spend the last minute of the song running around the stage completely engulfed in flames. Did he do that this time? I'm trying to live vicariously through you. ;)

Last year I saw Paul's guitar tech tuning an acoustic guitar, and I got all excited thinking they might play Los, so I went and asked him. He stared at me like I was an idiot, and informed me that they only played Los during the Reise Reise tour. I think it would be awesome if they played a mini set on the second stage with nothing but acoustic songs. Los, Frühling in Paris, Ein Lied, Seemann, maybe even Ohne Dich, if they did that I would probably fondle myself right there. :D
:drool2: No shit! That sounds pretty fucking awesome. I just might have to spend some of the money I got from Roger Waters to go see them. As far as the set list, what was different? I'll bet $2 bucks they played Mein Land, Du Hast, and Engel. Did they do Mein Teil, Sehnsucht, or Los? Also, do you think it's worth the $300+ dollars that I'm gonna get scalped for, plus about $150 bucks for gas to drive to Anaheim? I'm definitely tempted to go.
But come on. Look at the budgets they produced. Not so bad, in retrospect.

And he was pretty damned eloquent, actually. On par with President Clinton, in my opinion.
I can totally live with the PC party, actually. I find they are reasonably fiscally responsible. Hell, I think Brian Mulroney was actually a good Prime Minister...

It will be interesting to see how this government functions.
I tried that in the past, yet somehow the "mods please delete this" was quoted as some sort of evidence of "trolling".
Okay, thanks. It rarely happens to me, and I have seen it happen to others. But yeah, I'll let a Mod know if it happens again. Thanks.
It's actually my ********** store, not my site. They haven't blocked my site. Can you still click on it and get there though?
I originally wanted to go to the Anaheim show because it's relatively just down the street (it's about a 5-hour drive from here), but I waited for my friend to decide whether he would go with me or not, and by the time he decided he wouldn't go the floor sold out, and now they just have nosebleeds left. If I'm gonna spend that much anyway I might as well just get a ticket from a scalper in Anaheim.
I just checked ticket availability, and it turns out that Winnipeg is the only place where floor seats are still available, but airfare from San Fagcisco is over $600 bucks! I might have to make do with a nosebleed seat. :(
Brother Twat, I have a question that you, a fellow Ramms+ein fan, might be able to answer. I see on their site that they'll be playing several dates in your fine, uh, country :)1orglaugh), and I thought it might be fun to travel to a faraway land to watch them. They'll be playing in Montreal, Winnipeg, and Vancouver. My question is of those 3 places, where would you recommend a foreigner to watch one of his favorite bands? Any advice would be much appreciated. :hatsoff:
Of course. We're all pissed at the mods all the time. Special people, like Jenkum, take us off that focus periodically, but the mods are still all complete butt-munches.

    :D
Oh, I see. No retroactive loosening of standards. Well, that's just swell.
