Yes, it was. Now had I said "Hopefully Mandy will show up this week," then I could see him not seeing that as a vote. But this:

Her name, skip a line, and then the comment to not have the vote hidden makes little sense as anything but a vote unless Jitna thought I was writing some odd poetry.
