The norm today is obstruction however as I see it. If the Dems win, the GOP will continue the biggest obstruction.

See both parties look for campaign contributions to win and the winners have to answer to them instead of the voters as they want a return on thier investment. We are just being used to vote as both parties with their TV ads don't talk about what they will do but ****** each other trying to convince voters that they are the lesser evil.

Not until the moderates form a third party, can call it the commonwealth Party, where they see the problem of big business influence on both party will be the day we see true democracy.

Nothing against you Mongo, X-Fire and others fighting the good fight in my terms. Plus Mongo Wisconsin is a blue State so my vote won't be missed.

Take Obama saying in 08 he would push immigration reform for Mexicans. That was a ploy for votes as six years later it was never voted on in Congress.

Said this in the past on this board, the Dems are the lesser of the evil by 500%+++++ from the GOP. But they also give in to big business at the same time to raise the funds to get elected.

True, but they are winning. Every time somebody says "it doesn't matter which side you vote for, they're both the same," that is republicans achieving their goal. Obama and the democrats have tried to do good things to improve this country, while the republicans sole objective has been to spoil. Progressives see the outcome and lose hope that there is anyone left in government who wants to work for Americans so they think voting doesn't matter, while republicans will always turn out, because they don't give a **** about America, they just want republicans to win no matter what.

Gotta laugh at the clowns who run this country. After all, I wouldn't know how to replace them even if I were given the option. Government is government. You and me are on each others side but who does government care about? Politicians want to keep their job or get better ones no matter who's skull they need to drive over in their bulletproof SUV. Can we agree to set both the Executive and Legislative branches on fire? I'll accept a gas can from either side of the aisle. They should respect our homes before we respect their office.
