I think there is a good chance that the "before" picture are already made of fake boobs, they are too round and too much poping out of her chest...

Now, being an expert on what a great pair of fake tits look like, this thread has countless examples of chicks who apparently scraped together enough cash to get the bargain job done, and went for it, lol. Good lord, some of these chicks were hot before, and look awful now. Not really a good thing for women who get paid to be naked. Being okay with fake boobs doesn't mean you can't look at the bad sets and go "Wow, that was a mistake."

Not a bad boob job by any means but she went a little too big in my opinion. She should have gone about 50cc's smaller.
