Four more years of not being able to get a Job in my own country because some former SEIU (union/mob) lawyer that was born in Kenya got elected again by a bunch of "people" that can't think for themselves .

So now because I am not a member of an identifiable minority, male, and a natural as well as a Native citizen of the US I can't get a job here because I can't fill out the form so that any prospective employer could get an Affirmative action tax credit for having me on the payroll to offset some of the extreme cost just for having an employee under the steal from the rich and put in my own pocket tax plan that Obama has put in place.

If you can't get a job for the next four years, my guess is the reason is staring at you in the mirror. Want a job right now? I can help you out, amigo. I need a plant manager in a southeastern manufacturing facility. Pay range: $90K-$105K (depending on experience) plus bonuses - B.A. or B.S. required and an MBA preferred. Not really the plant manager type? That's OK. How about a manufacturing engineering job in the same facility? Pay range: $65K-$80K (depending on experience). Engineering degree required. No? Uh, quality engineer: $55K-$70K. B.A. or B.S. required, Six Sigma certification preferred. Still a no? Uh, geez... you're making this difficult. Well, here's one I have nothing to do with. But I know there's another opening in that facility: 2nd shift janitor. I don't know what it pays. $10/hour, maybe? :dunno: So what are your qualifications? What's your background? What's your educational level? What can you bring to the table that would get you one of these very real jobs that I know about???

Without being harsh, just as our friend Willard Romney said, you have to be willing to take responsibility for your own life. It's not the President's job to get you a job. It's your job to make sure you're prepared and qualified to get a job that pays a salary that meets your requirements.

I **** to say so, but you sound very bitter and somewhat irrational. This is kind of like a guy with bad ******* breath who can't get a date... and says that every girl who turns him down must a lesbian. I've sat in enough interviews in my life to know a disgruntled employee type before he is ever hired. If you're half as goofy in interviews as in that diatribe above, I'm really not surprised that no one will hire you. And Willard Romney's election would not have helped you one little bit in that regard.

That's very odd that you claim to have a deep background in IT and yet you cannot find a job in that area. You see, I find it odd because (even) I am well aware of many job openings in the IT area - and that's not an area of the company that I focus on. So... Er... I'd say your issue is in that mirror. If the attitude that you display here comes out at all in your interviews, as I said, I can tell you in a NY second why you're not getting hired. Because you very definitely seem to have a victim complex of some sort. No offense, but you do seem to be part of that 47% that Willard was talking about a few months ago.

As for facts... some seem to think that their strong opinions are facts, when they are actually just... opinions.

The election is over. The people have spoken. It didn't turn out the way that I wanted either but I will have to live with it. Obama was an easy 1 term president but the right couldn't bring anything to the table. The party had Herman Cain. Say what you want about 9-9-9 but at least it was a plan. Too bad he could't keep his hands off of the girls at work. Ron Paul wasn't shy about his plans either. Popular with the people but not with the party. Then again his racist newsletter from the past didn't help him either. The party had to prop up someone so their choice was someone that had no ideas, or at least not share them with us. The people's choice was clear. They at least knew something about Obama. They didn't know anything about Romney as many times as they had heard him. He was an empty suit.

I find the concept of race offensive in every-way it is a word that is self derived from its source racism. The idea of trying to define peoples ethnic origins by skin color and calling it an identifier is as ludicrous as the idea that the planets climate has to stay the same no matter how many people are living on it or that people that are born in one part of a country can't possibly think.
There is no such thing as race the so called racial identifiers that are used by racists only make up 2% of the overall DNA in Humans and after all of our evolution mean absolutely nothing in determining someones actual geographical origin on the planet.

Uh, yeah, actually I did read Marx.... back when I was getting my B.A. in Economics many moons ago. As best I recall, it was part of the required reading in a Sociology of Economics class in my 2nd or 3rd year. We read the works of Engel at about the same time. But anyway, it is a common fallacy among many (especially these days) that National Socialism (as an economic and political movement) was akin to Marxism, simply because they share the word "socialism" in their ideologies. Marx relied on the concept of a classless, stateless social organization (a relatively pure form of communism). In its purest form, Marxism did not rely on the utilization of capital to further and maintain itself. The Nazis were at the other end of the spectrum. Nazism is more akin to fascism. National socialism was proposed as the bulwark against communism (Marxism). Hitler even argued that Marxism was not (true) socialism and he initially argued against the use of the word. As opposed to not utilizing capital, the Nazis actually encouraged the use of capital, private property and freedom of contract (within state controlled limits, of course). Marx opposed all of these things.

They are not one and the same. They're not even kissing cousins.

Just because a Job is posted publicly or even internally does not mean it is an actual opening that is being hired for.
Just because a Job is posted does not mean that a candidate has not already been selected and even hired long before.
Just because a Job that is posted and already had someone hired before it was posted does not mean that you should not apply for it.
If you actually knew how the job market works or had any actual experience in it you would know these things.


You didn't actually read my first post, yea; the problem when I look in the mirror is that the face of an identifiable minority that can be claimed as an affirmative action hire for tax purposes is not staring back at me. There is no tax credit for an employer to hire me because I am not the 'race' the President wants prospective employers to hire.

Have you ever even seen the form packet?
Have you ever seen your prospective employer remove the form packet from a folder before handing it to you before filling out the other forms inside?

Why can't an employer get the FICA refunded to him/her at the end of Q4 for hiring as well as keeping me? the answer is simple I am not an identifiable minority or foreigner.
Yes I am a victim of a law that should have NEVER existed in the first place because people should never be hired based on the color of their skin or gender and solely on their qualifications of which skin color and gender (unless you are going for a combat related military job) are not.
I could give a **** who I work for as long as I dont have to pay them to work due to some corrupt union scheme but to be subjected to this **** and it is complete BULLSHIT just because an affirmative action candidate gets a nomination let alone gets in office is a clear indication of a system that has been broken beyond repair.
41/2 years ago my contract was ended due to a clause with the company that we were providing service for that gave them an out if the political climate of our country changed that was the day that Obama got his partys nomination.
The company I was working for was Dutch owned the company we were providing service for is German owned we provided service from here in the US as well as abroad.
Employers in the US due to the HOSTILE taxes that have been imposed look for any and all ways to reduce the cost of an employee and the best is to get a refund on having that particular employee at the end of every fiscal year.
Fact actual unemployment is in the highest range in the history of our country to put it in perspective a higher percentage of people are out of work now that could work than were out of work during the great depression
most real economists actually no longer call the great depression that but are now calling it our second depression since the current one is now the greatest and longest lasting. The lie that gets repeated every night in the news is that unemployment is anything below 17% now matter how you add up the supporting data. The offensive thing is a candidate that has created that huge number having the sheer lack of respect to repeat that lie that he has created and he is totally to blame for and accept absolutely no responsibility for it.
It is really sad when the President of the United States is told by the leader of a Communist government that he needs to start acting like a Capitalist and quit trying to be like them even worse when this is told to him by the same person on more than one occasion.

You didn't actually read Marx at best you read the cliff notes because if you had actually read it you would remember like all of us that did actually read it that before the classless society could take over that the working class or the every class would have to takeover all aspects first use the resources to grow then 'return' them to the people to be shared by everyone. Socialism is the first stage of Marxism it is why it is associated with it because it can't exist without it. Yea, Hitler did argue against using the term marxism but not because it was not socialism but because it went farther than socialism and was considered an infringement on the freedom of the people. Most of the incorrect Hitler arguments against the term are due to inaccurate translations from German to English either on the part of the translator or the publisher I can't really blame them I mean the idea of Hitler even using the word freedom kinda makes me wanna barf.
