I read about this. The story I read (HuffPost) made it clear that the *** wasn't intending to **** the POS. That part was accidental. So this is where the Conservative in me comes out and hopes that the Grand Jury will give him a clean bill and let him slide.

Ya know, he might just have a decent chance in all of this. People have ****** their ********'s attackers before, and walked. Sometimes it's difficult for a court to get jurors to convict in situations like this. Sometimes prosecutors won't even try, for fear of their future political careers.

Lets hope.

Many years ago, a man premeditated the ****** of his sons ********, and shot him in the head, in a crowded airport, while he was being escorted by police.......he didn't serve a day, and the prosocutor didn't even try, because she/he said, plain and simple, no jury would convict him.
