so i can **** another human in self defense or to save someone else and the police will just turn a blind eye
It depends on the state. In Maryland, the police will investigate and if under the law it was justified, then yes. In Virginia, it also includes property. In D.C., you will probaly be charge for to save someone else. In court you would probaly be found not guilty (esp. if it is a jury trial).
In Maryland:
Example 1-You hear screaming and outside you see a person being chased by someone with a *****. The person is ****** because that person has ***** wounds. You shoot the ***** wielder. - Justified
Example 2-You hear noises outside your home and there is someone breaking in. You shoot the person outside the home you will be charged.
Example 3- The person is inside the home and threatens you with a weapon (crowbar, flashlight,***, etc.) or assaults you-Justified
In D.C. - All the cases execpt the last you will probaly charged.
In VA - Your covered in all 3 cases
At least this was the case when I lived in D.C. & VA

"Police" is "emphasized" because police are the lowest paid/ lowest level of the ***************/judicial system....they do the grunt work and they do what they're told...and the last thing you want in a democracy is the police attempting to determine issues of guilt or innocense at the street level...especially where one of the partys is dead...an investigation must be done independently, and any and all persons, or their representative constituents, must be afforded due process, and treated equally under the law, regardless of citizenship status, race color creed, sex, and/or other insular factors...

***** *********** is bad, but in the defense of others, lethal ***** can only be used where it is absolutely necessary to save the victims' life...I don't see that in this case....it looks more to me like the ****** just lost it, and the authorities are giving him a pass because of the race and citizenship status of the suspected defendent..If that's true then that is wrong...****** is ****** and this guy should be charged with this crime and let a jury of his peers decide whether or not mitigating circumstances exist that are sufficient to deem him innocent.

He went before a grand jury and was acquitted. Justice served.

No, protecting his ******** and every other ***** out there from this predator. The system doesn't protect ******** from these monsters, they get released back into society only to re-offend. ******** who get ******** have a higher change of becoming molesters themselves, so the cycle will never end until these fuckjobs either get life in prison (which'll never happen) or they all die off. This guy did the world a favor. I'll never think ******* is ok, but you can't argue that this guy was using self defense (it counts as self when you have to step in for your young *****)...if a woman was being ***** and she managed to ****** her ****** back and accidentally ****** him, should she be charged for self defense? I think not.
good reply

******* somebody who would **** a 4 year old girl is doing the world a favor. The ****** shouldn't be remorseful, he should be getting a medal.
