I think something that occasionally has problems battling Mothra, a feeking gigantic moth of all things for ****** out loud, probably doesn't have the ability to go up against Cthulu.

Godzilla is a radioactive dinosaur mutation, Cthulhu is an Old One god.

Old One gods beat dinosaurs. Godzilla is pretty cool, but he would just rank as a Cthulhu minion.
