Being an asshole = not *******.

Especially not in Ohio.

Ohio = God's blind spot.

The won a $99 million jackpot.

They take home about 2 million each. They took the lump sum...

Never take the lump sum. It's a rip off.

A judge last week ordered that $2.8 million be set aside while the parties sort out the dispute, The Vindicator of Youngstown reported

Its funny, there is a book out there that has a title along the lines of "Everything I need to know in life I learned in kindergarten". It talks about taking a ***, how we should all get enough *****. Eating healthy, talks about eating a balanced diet. Well we are coming up on the halloween season here in america and my little 5 year old girl wanted to read a Franklin book about halloween. At the end of the story Frankling thought his friend Bear was at the neighborhood halloween party just hiding behind his costume. It turns out he wasnt, he was home sick. On Franklins way home he turns to his other friends and each of them take a little bit of candy out of thier bag and leave a nicely filled bag of candy at Bears doorstep. Now did they have to? No! Was it the right thing, yes it was.
Now do those people have to share with the guy who was out injured? No! I'll tell you one thing though, if this guy truely did spend $5 a week for the past couple of years, I would gladly give him some of my money. Those people who dont are just selfish little pricks and thats why our country is in the sad state it is. We have become so bound up with if we have to or not, we have stopped seeing if what we do is the right thing or not. We so need a mental enima in this country.

Ah send a classy ****** to his house for the weekend.

That book is wrong.

I'll bet his coworkers didn't like him.

Do you like your coworkers?

How many people like their co-workers?

It's mostly get in, get out, get paid. :D

Or..win lottery sue everyone involved. :1orglaugh

Hairston's lawyer tells The Plain Dealer newspaper that the group had an unwritten policy to cover for colleagues who were unable to pay due to illness or vacation.

I'm going to side with him for that reason.
Next time write everything down and have it signed by a lawyer.

The group should have been smart and took the payments. They messed themselves over by taking the lump sum.

They settled. No amount given.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A settlement was reached over the weekend between an employee of a Geauga County cabinetry company and the 22 co-workers he sued when they refused to cut him in for a share of a $99 million lottery jackpot.

Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Eileen T. Gallagher said lawyers for Edward Hairston and the 22 defendants worked out an agreement, but did not disclose the terms of the settlement. The case was to go to trial this morning.

Was the injury so great, he was unable to contact one of his co-workers in order for him to put in the 5 bucks? Dude needs to get back on with his life. His sad, pathetic life.

Oh, and fuck you, Ohio.

Reaaly. Reach out and have someone spot the money for the tickets he would have bought. They are only going to buy as many tickets as they have money. 3 months and you don't do this? Too fucking bad. How long should have they carried him if they didn't win?
