Hey everyone! Just wanted to pop in and say hello. As you know I have been in the midst of a move. Of course nothing ever goes smoothly. The people that were buying my house backed out at the last minute so I just basically moved all of my things into storage in a rush...for NOTHING?!! My new place won't be ready to move into for a few months still so...?? I am NOT moving all of my **** back into my house for just a couple of months. I also have travel plans and had the next few months all planned out. I think I will stick to most of those plans and just be at my house once in a while with just a few basic necessities there. This is so crazy. I am exhausted from all that I have been doing and for what? So annoying! I mean I try to look at the bright side of everything and the bright side is that I am already mostly packed an organized and ready for my move but the bummer is that I have to camp out at my house on those rare occasions when I am there in between all of my trips over the next few months. Grrrr. This calls for a big breakfast and pedicure this morning. Today is my day to recup. and then tomorrow is super busy again. Love n miss you guys!

wow, that really sucks, but as you said at least youve gotten the packing taken care of. you were going to have to do it at some point, so at least its done. and while youre away, you could always rent out your place until it sells

you can set up a tent in your living room and ***** in a ******** bag. and you can make s'mores!

No. Actually I can NOT rent it out because so far all it did was delay it for 30 days or "possibly" more. It's complicated and I can't really get into it here but basically NO I can not rent it out. That's just one of the problems.
It's cool though. It gives me more time to get all of thge stuff done that I still needed to do as far as packing and filing of years of paperwork that got completely fucked up when the move started. Both of my 4 level filing cabinets got overturned and ALL of my files and papers for over 14 years went into a giant hurricane spill of papers PLUS...I already had boxes abd bixes of stuff that needed to be filed and organized so that's a good solid 30 day project in between work and my travels. haha. It's all good. Everything happens for a reason. I'm still just super slammed with everything. Tons of appts on Monday, Tues and Wed plus working all week, visiting friends, and at some point STARTING to tackle those papers. ha! Have been shooting some hilarious candid video of this whole fiasco. Speaking of which my megasite is kicking ass! There are anywhere from 3 to 6 updates every single day!!!! It seriously kicks ass. I've had a somewhat hectic day, so I'm just seeing about the buyer for your house backing out at the last minute Nikki! DAMN & WOW!!!!! That's pretty fucked up....especially since you had to work your ass off trying to get moved out before the (now would be) buyers came to take possession. I am glad that you will still be able to do the traveling you had planned though & that it will give you more time to get things done that you might not have otherwise had. I also hope you are able to get your files that got all messed up during the move back in order without too much undue trouble.

You have the right attitude though.....things might be a bit messed up right now, but you're trying to keep a positive attitude about it....that's about all you can do!

I hope you're recuperating okay, and things get straightened out for you Nikki, & you are able to enjoy the travels you have planned for the summer! Sending lots of love and positive energy your way!!!!!

Unfortunately, there are quite a few people on this board who seem to think that she had no talent. When she was on form, she was awesome.

What a pity it was right at the 11th hour before you found out about the new people backing out in the deal

****..you have NO IDEA!. Ok so I learned some things since I posted last on here. Apparently the buyers did NOT back out as I was mistakenly oroginallu told by a middle man. The bank just needed some additional paperwork from my mortgage company so it was delayed until August 5th which isn't that far away. Read my latest blog entry for some crazy info and of course some great pics. tee hee.

Ok and I appreciate all of your love and support you guys. I just didn;t quote everyone in my reply because that would take up a lot of room. haha. I will post more later but right now I am literally sitting with my mac tech and we are backing up my drive before I start traveling "just in case". I am leaving my laptop with him for a couple of hours and am literally typing this from his office while going off to other appointments. I will be back later and if all goes well I will be on my freecams later tonight. Fingers crossed!

Yes it is. Thanks you guys. Btw sorry about the size of that last pic I posted. I think it's too big. I took it from my site update and I forget sometimes that the pics on my site are so huge. I usually resize them before posting them here but I have 1,000 different things going on at one time right now and my brain isn't functioning at optimum capacity at the moment. hahaha
