I don't think OSU has much of a chance either, let's just hope it's a good game regardless!

I think the luckeyes get slaughtered tonight. It's too long of a layoff for them. If Pryor is able to start hot--I could see an early OSU lead--say 17-7, but in the second half...Texas would roll. In all likelyhood, Texas will come out firing and this game will be over.

Texas looks like they are playing in a fog. Not too pumped up for this meaningless game I suppose. OSU is standing tall and deserves all the credit so far. They've been bad-rapped all year and look much more motivated than the 'horns. Good for them even though they could still easily lose this lackluster game.

Never thought I'd say this but I have to go to work early so I'm going to bed. Besides, Utah has already wrapped up the national championship so who cares who finishes behind them?

Congratulations to the Texas Longhorns - 2009 Fiesta Bowl champions. Hats off to the Ohio State Buckeyes who showed that they can compete in BCS bowls, after all. Now after the matter of Tulsa vs. Ball State tomorrow and a one day break, it's on to the National Championship Game on Thursday!

I thought those announcers tonight were terrible. What happened to OSU on that pass play? Talk about a big time break down. I am so ready for the championship game.. Go Gators!!

Based on the replay it looked like the Buckeyes were cheating up a bit on that play, apparently anticipating a run. They took a bit of a ****** there and it didn't pay off...except for Texas. I still commend the Buckeyes for not laying down as they did two years ago against Florida and for not getting whupped the way they did last year against LSU. Texas has a fine team, no question about it, but since this game was so close I wonder how many first place votes, if any, they can expect to get Thursday night/Friday morning? My guess - not enough to get them the official national title, no matter what Coach Brown thinks.

Utah wrapped up the NC. Please man. Utah played an overrated Alabama team that never desvered to be in a bowl game in the first place.

USC, Florida and Oklahoma would destroy Utah. Probably Texas and OSU as well. Undefeated DOES NOT mean National Champ.

Go ***** some more.

And to everybody that thought OSU would lose by 30 points again. You need a helmet and don't know **** about NCAA Football. It took an amazing drive by Texas to win the game...barely. OSU isn't some pushover like all of you SEC, PAC 10, BIG 12 elitists seems to think.

The winner of the National Championship game gets the national title. There is no votes for it. WTF are you talkin about???

It used to, until we had this garbage system. And Ohio State still lost, i wouldn't be talking ****.

The Luckeyes? LMAO

Texas had a lucky charm stuck up their ass the whole game.

I think it was fair to assume that Ohio State would get destroyed. They didn't have a single impressive win all season. They should've lost to Ohio Fucking U on their on field! Never mind "giving a game" to Penn State--Penn State ended up getting rolled in the Rose..so what did that earn Ohio State? The luckeyes shouldn't have even been in the Fiesta at all. And based on their recent pathetic BCS performances when they were actually decent, and yet still got destroyed...:dunno: I don't apologize at all nor am I coming away impressed with Ohio State. Nope. They still suck.

What I learned tonight is that the Big12 is nothing special at all. As a conference, it is nothing more than 1990s WAC. I really was expecting a lot more from Texas tonight....I thought Okie/Florida had the potential to be an ESPN CLASSIC thriller actually. I wonder now if Florida will run out to a big win early now...

We MUST HAVE A PLAYOFF. Without a doubt...college football is too important and too "rich" not to settle this once and for all.

Then again, with all the problems that the NFL has in determining its champion...maybe there is something inherently BONEHEAD about football and the power structure. Maybe the football power structure philosophically really does believe that it's not important to settle anything on the field and that debates and "multi-champs" are better than one program laying claim to the championship....

So by your logic, Hawaii should have been in the NC game last year.

Playoffs are the way to go. There isn't a top team, until you beat the other top teams.

And I'm not talking ****, I'm talking the truth clown. I`m not even an OSU fan. But fags were ready to give the game to Texas before the opening kickoff.

In Luv's bizarre way he's saying that the Associated Press is not obligated to follow the BCS and award the BCS CHampionship Game champion. The AP can award whomever they want to and they can split their championship too.

There are technically 2 ways to claim the CFB championship...

But fags were ready to give the game to Texas before the opening kickoff.

And Texas won...so what's the point? We all knew they would win the game. And the luckeyes handed them the win in crunchtime too....talk about GREAT EL FOLDOS in crunchtime...
