The Cowboys had better find a way to stop Gresham in the second half or it's gonna be a long night. The folks in Stillwater better call the fire department. Stoops has been ****** so hard all game that there's a flood in the stadium. Missouri? Georgia? Notre Dame stinks. Croom out at Miss St. 'Bama blanks the Tiges. And the Irish still stink.

How do you define talent? I think there are more Fresno State players in the NFL than Boise State players:dunno: I definitely think Boise State has some talent which will be 3rd/4th/5th Rd talent and NFL roster players in the future. If we got on to Rivals.com or whichever recruiting service...I think Boise State and Fresno State get basically the same fringe 2-star/3-star player.

Hawai'i's crappy performance in the Sugar last season hurts Boise's chances this year for the BCS, I'm afraid. I just think Ohio State, under any scenario, is not worthy of a BCS game this season, so if the Luckeyes end up going to the BCS somehow...something is rotten in Denmark and there needs to be changes.

Colorado should be better than they are. I don't know what Hawkins is doing with his recruiting, but each year that CU finishes middle of the pack in the B12 is another year that top talent will go elsewhere.

Look at Miami. There is no reason on this planet that the Canes should ever finish beyond #20 in the Nation. They are struggling to remain relevant today! Is Miami's roster talent light?

UDub is in a bind. They have to hire a flashy name in order to secure recruits and get back into the Pac10 race, but which flashy name is even out there? Brian Kelly of Cincy? Bob Davie of ex-Notre Dame/Texas A&M? I think there are more intriguing head coaching job opptys than candidates this year:1orglaugh

And if the irish get destroyed tonight and they toss the fatman over the side...who will they hire??:thefinger
I'm pretty sure I define "talent" the same way most other people do: an ability to perform a task, and to perform it well. Maybe Fresno State has more potential NFL players on its roster than Boise State does, maybe not. But that's ONE TEAM within the WAC that you're talking about aside from Boise State itself. You look at the rest of the WAC and I don't think you're going to see a whole lot of rosters packed with NFL talent.

GO GATORS!!! 1 more win and were in the natl' championship... I just hope Percy is back for the bama game. Were going to need him.

Texas Tech just beat Baylor closer than I though I think that will hurt them in the BCS the Oregon-Oregon State game is about to start I got Oregon 31-30,what about you guys.
So much for the Beavers going to the Rose Bowl! I guess the pressure of trying to get the Oregon State football team to the Rose Bowl for the first time in 44 years was too much for the Beavers tonight. Either that or Oregon's offense brought back memories of last year's (pre-Dennis Dixon injury) team! The Beavers gave up 65 points to their rivals at home in a game that meant the Rose Bowl to them if they won it? Sheesh!! Looks like we might very well get that USC vs. Penn State matchup in the 2009 Rose Bowl, after all (unless, of course, UCLA beats USC next Saturday. Trust me, that ain't gonna happen. Have you seen UCLA's quarterback play this season? I think he's averaging 2 or 3 interceptions per game this year. :1orglaugh I think he and his wienie pastel blue pansy teammates will be LUCKY if he throws fewer than 5 picks against the Trojans. You think the Trojans humiliated the Fightin' Irish tonight? Just wait until they play sorry-ass (F)UCLA in 7 days!!). If that matchup comes off it will match the top two bowl winningest programs in the history of college football (of schools whose teams have at least 20 bowl appearances). Penn State's had a good season, and I'm a Nittany Lion fan, but in my opinion the Nittany Lions just lost the Rose Bowl 'cause if it truly does end up being USC that they face, they are gonna get ******!! (Don't think so? Just ask the Iowa Hawkeyes, the Michigan Wolverines, the Oklahoma Sooners, or the Illinois Fightin' Illini - all teams the Trojans have beaten in "BCS" bowls the last 6 years, including the sorry-ass Wolverwienies twice)

Well you both seem define talent by the NFL, I am positive the more Buckeyes are in the NFL. just a point! Ohio State is #2 in total.

But you disregard them, I dont belive they are worthy of the BCS spot, but they have talent. Another trendy NCAA football mention in my opinion.

You should get it. Despite being unbeaten I really don't see 'bama beating U of F next Saturday. If I were asked to pick ONE college football team as the most dominant one over the last 6 weeks of the season, or so, it would have to be the Florida Gators and I don't see that ending next Saturday. As for the Big XII - as I've stated innumerable times, if it were up to me I'd send Texas to the Big XII championship game next Saturday to face Missouri. But watching Oklahoma put 60+ points up on their in-state rivals on the road and knowing that that was the fourth straight game in which the Sooners scored 60 or more points, my guess is that the Sooners will edge the Longhorns out for that spot in the Big XII championship game. Whichever of those teams goes to it should mop up with the Missouri Tigers and then go on to face the Florida Gators in the BCS Championship Game in January. Unless, of course, we're all wrong and all the teams that we think are going win next Saturday, don't. Either way, it should be fun to watch!

Looks like the two orange-and-black OSU's could score today but they just couldn't stop their respective opponents!! They combined for 79 points but gave up a combined total of 126 points? Sheesh! So much for defense!!

Ohio State has a fine football team and one of the best head football coaches in the college ranks today, in my opinion. Will that be enough to get it in a "BCS" bowl this year? Good question. There are 5 BCS bowls which obviously means 10 teams go to BCS bowls. Who's gonna go? Well, after USC destroys sorry-ass (F)UCLA next Saturday, they'll be going. You've already got the Big XII (more than likely Texas or Oklahoma), ACC (Virginia Tech or Boston College), Big East (Cincinnati), SEC (Florida or Alabama), and Big Ten (Penn State) champions going. That's 6. Word is that Utah will probably make it to one. How 'bout the Big XII South team that doesn't go to next Saturday's Big XII championship game? I bet they'll make it! How 'bout the loser in next Saturday's SEC championship game? I bet they'll make it, too! If I'm not mistaken that's 9 teams I've accounted for, leaving room for one more. Will that "extra" one be Ohio State? Personally, I'd be willing to give them a BCS bowl even if some people aren't in agreement with that. They do have only 2 losses on the season and both of them are to conference champions. A 10 - 2 regular season record and with both of your losses to conference champions? I'd say that merits a spot in a BCS bowl, regardless of people's feelings towards that team after it got whupped in each of the last two BCS national championship games. In my view the Ohio State Buckeyes deserve a spot in a BCS bowl game this year. I hope they get one. P.S. No, I'm not from Ohio, in fact, I've never even BEEN to Ohio, and no, I didn't attend the Ohio State University.

okay what I'm saying sky is be more efficient. or else you wont have the clue your looking for. talk more about what you think could change. well, that is just what I would like to read, not the score that's over dramatic.
