1. No one knows her as Kay Loove (pronounced LU-VAY). Except for this ACO. But I can see why he did it. To avoid a trademark infringement claim on her "Karina" name. He tends to be just like Scotty Jx (at ActionGirls) creating stage names as he goes along. When I say no places. I mean no places. Not at the Score Group, not at DDF Busty and the other Denys DeFrancesco websites. That change in name didn't fly over too well at pinupfiles.com and at pinupglam.com either. Those are his own sites.
