I don't know. I have yet to see a moderate muslim denounce, or blame extreme muslims for the plight they're in. It's hard to seperate them, when they won't separate themselves. I don't trust any of them, and until I see them stand up and fight to remove that label from themselves, I have to think they really aren't peaceful.
I get the distinction between the two after all as some may or may not know from my name alone, i am a ex muslim. Was raised in a muslim household in the uk.
I think they are but then again how will you see that if the media don't want to show that. Doesn't support their cause.

You'd think it's not a hard concept to understand. It's like saying that you support Americans, so you automatically support trump.
True but you know how fickle alot of people can be. If the media say anything people will automatically believe it and thats the worrying part.
Yeah, they do, and it's infuriating that, #1) they're getting away with it....and #2) we're letting them.
But Israel doesn't want a ceasefire. Israel wants every Palestinian, out of Gaza, and the West Bank. Israel is surrounded by people that **** them just because they're Jews. They've been subject to many acts of aggression, and ******. The people running Israel now, were soldiers back in the 60's and 70's when the Six Days war, and the Yom Kippur war went on. They're still carrying that hatred, and vengeance inside them. That doesn't make rational thought an easy, or likely thing. I saw somewhere that hamas wants to exchange 50 or so hostages, for a 4 day ceasefire. Is this because they want to start a peace process, or because they need to regroup, or escape out the back door? For Israel's part in this, that huge population that wasn't even born yet, are now seeing why their people **** Israel, and why they commit acts of terrorism. In effect, Israel is perpetuating the continuing hatred, and ******** that will plague the region until the end of days. It's a war of wills, and no one wins those. What I wonder is, what happens if Palestine gets a state, and is recognized as such by the rest of the world. Will all of the ****** and hatred for Israel stop? Will Iran still be calling for their extermination? will all of the other muslim countries back off and coexist? Much of that has to start with the muslim people. They have to denounce radical islam, and their actions. Until that happens, and a clear separation between moderate, and radical muslims, I have little hope for a peaceful existence for anyone, including the United States.
After WW3 there won’t be anything left for ‘them’ to change. Can you expand on the changes they are after since you seem to have some insight? Also, who are ‘they’?
