His sites covermodels and sheernudes contains thousands of model pics sets.. Some of them are prof body builders.. One or two models might not like the way he shoots?

You can try simulating the pose in the first post yourself.
As long as you have your right foot planted like she must do, it's not possible to fall over; even if you are leaning backwards. The back foot supports your weight.
And if you wanted to fall backwards, you wouldn't have one leg bent.
