There’s an AI program called JAVPlayer that’s existed for a while now that does it pretty well. It seems to just detect where the pixelation is in the video and recreate the data the best it can. I’ve seen a lot of JAV stuff being decensored now. I’m waiting for the people who do it to get around to videos with the GAS and BOBB code.
