he probably did mean killzone 2... as for me, im going to finish final fantasy 12, okami, and kingdom hearts 2 before i move onto next gen
It probably won't come out for the 360 but in my humble opinion Splinter Cell buried metal gear years ago so I don't really care if I don't play mgs4 . I only liked the first one on playstation anyway . Splinter cell is better in every way .

I can't see it being that much more amazing than PS2, at least until there is alot of decent games out on it. And at that point it will have gone down in price....

If you can afford a PS3 in the first month.. then you can afford a bluray drive.. and you probably have a HDTV as well. As for the price.. even if it works its way down to half after a *YEAR*.. 300 bucks is no joke. Dont forget the stock PS3 comes with absolutely nothing for 600 bucks. Games, controller..etc.. 700 bucks, easy. BluRay discs.. 30ish for the first few years, and dont forget you cant do much of anything with that B-R drive except play movies and games. Try to pirate or playback your burnt music..the drive breaks itself. (Read the security features for BluRay and HD-DVD, I'm not kidding that these drives are going to be finnicky about any sub-par cheapo burnt discs and pirated stuff.!) IMO.. in the first few years of a new format, thats when pirates truly profit off a system, and if you happen upon a fake disc.. whether you know it or not.. you're out one PS3.

Damn I wish I'da pre-ordered a few PS3s! Just checked ebay and the cheapest I saw was $1,000 up to over 2 grand! Would be a hell of a profit if you sold just a couple! FUCK...next time a system comes out I'm gonna pre-order at least 5, i got around 10 years to wait though. This same trend happend with 360 when it came out last year. One hell of a money makin scam, best thing is it's all 100% legal!!!
I think many stores only accept one pre-order per person so you would have to have 4 friends to help you pre-order that many
i'm waiting a while, the quality is always sub-standard for the first couple of months of production, and the price is way over the odds.
Well you have to remember that Gears of War is a 2nd generation game for the 360 and reviewers are already comparing it to a first generation game like RFOM on the PS3....once developers unlock the full 50GB's on a blu-ray disc...it will make 360 graphics look like pong....:thumbsup:
