Here we go.
Why is it that when the words "monkey, ape, gorilla, etc." are used even in a common phrase and innocent context, those on the left's knee-jerk reaction is to attribute it to racism if a black person is involved? Project much? Is it because, like Darwin, white liberals themselves believe that blacks and other non-whites are further back on the evolutionary scale but it's not politically correct to ever acknowledge that? That would explain in part white liberals' patrician attitude towards blacks and other minorities.
DeSantis could very well be a racist but can you come to that conclusion based on what he said in this instance and in public? That dog whistle though.

don't forget that Democrat nominee for Florida Governor is a socialist progressive mayor with corruption investigation swirling around him, he is also a friend of Occasio Cortez and an Obama devotee. Nothing to rejoice or rave about. De Santis is certainly much better on economy and tougher on crime and on ******* immigration than Gillum

This is such bullshit. “Monkeying around “ monkey it up” throw a monkey wrench into the whole thing”. All phrases that have been used by every race of people since I can remember.
I am willing to bet that “ monkey it up” is s phrase used by DeSantis his whole life and it wasn’t in his arsenal of racial slurs.
If minorities want to overcome racism they can start by not singling themselves out as an offended class. I am sure that DeSantis said after winning a double digit primary, let me use a racial slur so I can tighten up the polling numbers some more.
