Zombieland - Did any like it?

Fuck this movie.

The people that thought this was funny probably thought Superbad was funny too.

There hasn't been a good zombie movie since Shaun of the Dead and I doubt there will for a while. Somehow they will ruin any adaptations of The Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z.

Hmmm. There are some pretty mixed reviews here. I have yet to see it, but from the trailers, I thought it looked pretty good. And I'm a fan of Woody Harrelson, too. So, I think I'll give it a go. After all, it's only money, right? :D

And Shaun of the Dead was outstanding! I loved it!

I liked it a lot. The only flaw was the two annoying girl. I mean Emma Stone (Wichita) is well fuckable, but her and her sister annoyed me at the start.

Tallahassee is brilliant though. Woody Harrelson played that part perfectly. He stole the show with ease.

Yes it was. In fact it is so hilarious it seems to have set the bar too high for everybody else.

This is the sort of remark that makes SOTD over rated and way over hyped. It is like Simon Pegg's Spaced sitcom and his Hot Fuzz. They are all like watching paint dry. People act as if Shaun is the first comedy involving zombies. It isn't though. And it wont be the last. Thank fuck for that!.

Wrong. Spaced is one of the best sitcoms ever. Likewise Shaun of the Dead is brilliant, Hot Fuzz not as good but still way better than most so-called comedies.

Where on earth were the jokes in Zombieland? It felt like it was made by people who don't have a clue about zombie movies, just jumping on the bandwagaon. & like a lot of american stuff it had a cloying & cheesy obsession with family, exemplified in that awful closing voiceover & the stuff about Woody's backstory, which was just thrown in there for a minute & then forgotten about so he could go back to being 'hilarious'.

I liked Zombieland so much,I actually bought a copy of the DVD from Amazon, paid $7.50 for it. I think it's one of the funniest comedies of the last 5 years,Woody Harrelson was hilarious! Emma Stone gave a good performance, considering she hadn't had much experience to that point.

I liked Zombieland. Could have been even better, but Woody really made it funny.

Rule #32: You gotta enjoy the little things. ;)

Here Zombie, Zombie, Zombie...
If the world has been practically wiped out by zombies, why does all the places they go to have power? It's mildly entertaining, but the story line has many flaws.

I will have to concur, this movie is not as stellar as many gentlemen surmise it to be. As a matter of fact, I found it to be rather drab. Yes...

what the fuck you lookin at?
It was mindless fun for a couple hours. 90 some minutes anyway. The older sister is that chick from superbad. Very sexy! Must see her with less clothing.

One of the best zombie films ever made. Gotta buy some Twinkies and watch it again before the end of the month. Here's hoping for a sequel that's just as (or at least almost as) good.
