I know this hasnt been discussed for a couple weeks but... i just recently tried VideosZ.com. You can DL entire DVDs or just certain scenes from your favorite movies. They have about 500+ DVDs right now, and add about 2 new DVDs a day. Its a little spendy at 29.95/month but after you DL a few videos its worth it. You can either watch it streaming or DL the video in 3 different formats (avi(best quality), mpg, and wmv).

A report there could easily be filed by a competitor, it's unverified even. IBill is one of the biggest internet billing companies and with todays very strict rules from credit card companies, they'd instantly kick any sites using fishy business practises. DP is around for years, same owners as Videosz, it shows that they must have loads of happy members and do honest business. :2 cents:
