go to Premium Link Upgrade
put in your email add (doesnt really matter who's) and upload whatever file you want. After it uploads it will display a link for the video which they will keep on their servers for either 7 days, or until the file is d/loaded 25 times (if the file is over 10mb) it will also email the link to the email add you provided
