You really can't. And it's not like there aren't enough pizza joints, they just all suck monkey testicles.
I'm getting desperate enough to try those do-it-yourselfers from the supermarket. Y'know, buy the crust, pizza sauce, other ingredients and make your own when you get home. I notice that the crust is already cooked, unlike at a pizzeria, and that's the one part that's slowing me down.
So, who knows about these things from experience? Do you get a good homegrown pizza from the market? Or is this just going to be another disappointment?
