The curious reflection on her as a parent and adult is the simple observation she clearly doesn't know how to wipe her own arse or use a toilet competently.

Whats even more curious is the shit stain runs up rather than down and face it, anyone who has shit themselves in a manner so grotesque clearly must be aware of the god awful smell that must be following her around the place.
