I drank one with a lizard in it once. My buddy said he tasted a difference, but I didn't taste any noticeable difference. But that could also have been due to the 70 percent alcohol.

kinda neat. my ol lady just came back from vietnam with something similar. a bottle of liquer that has a cobra coiled up in it like its dancing with a scorpion hanging from its mouth. id never drink it but it is a neat conversation piece.
