I'm wondering if there is anyway to receive points back? I accidentally downloaded a song pack for GH:WT which I've never even played. I had a MS points card that I was going to add to my account. But accidentally hit "A" as "Confirm Download" was highlighted. I meant to hit "X" to "Add Points" The song pack began to download, I promptly canceled this process but was disappointed to find that my 440 points were already gone. I didn't even get to the 1% completion point.
The only reason I was even in that screen is cause I no longer know where the quickest way to add points on live is. So I just do it through the download page. And GH:WT was the first option available to me at the time. This happened tuesday evening.
Anyone know who to call or email? I tried the support page but it wouldn't send the fucking request.
I know, I know its only like 6 bucks, but fuck it, its 6 bucks that I'd like to get back.
