I guess they never thought about the fact that a point blank shot to the foot with a shootgun would probably blow most of it off.

haha yeah,
and even if you did manage just to shoot one toe, the toe would be gone!
what was the huge bandage about?

The spot on this week's Smackdown where Mark Henry ripped the door off of the steel cage during the MNM vs. Batista and Mysterio match had to be heavily edited since it took Henry several minutes to actually get the door off of the thing.

Yeah no where near as good as when Kane did it in Hell In A Cell.To get at the Undertaker all them years back.

New Years Revolution is basically a one-match show with the Elimination Chamber. John Cena is the favorite to win although that could change with the recent crowd reactions. Today (yesterday) is actually Chris Masters' birthday and they are billing it up as him becoming the 'youngest WWE champion ever" although it is not likely that he will win the title just yet. Kurt Angle is a major possibility as he has pushed hard as of late for a title run. The last time he was in Albany, NY he won the WWE title so we'll have to wait and see. HBK should be the standout star during the match. John Cena was scheduled to defend the title at WrestleMania against Triple H although plans could change at any moment.

Jerry Lawler vs. Gregory Helms was just a match that was thrown together at the last minute. The favorite is Lawler to go over to further a feud between the two and to get a crowd reaction.

Don't count Big Show out as Triple H is heading to WrestleMania and jobbing right now doesn't make him look weak going into 'Mania.

Trish Stratus vs. Mickie James is expected to have a 'shock' value ending with either Trish or Mickie heeling each other. One would think Mickie takes the title and the feud continues.

Moolah and Mae Young are scheduled for the bra and panties gauntlet in some way, shape, or form.

A match is likely for Heat. The Elimination chamber will likely go long, very LONG

Ok, that was so fake, it was hilarious. My fiancee could of pulled that door off the way they had it rigged.

[edit]
SOB, you beat me to it. Oh well I hand typed. Just edit the spoiler part stek, I've been trying to avoid them. Thats why there are edit marks below.

Back to the news. For those planning to view NY Revolution, it is said that it will be a one match show. The Elimination Chamber is expected to be a long, long match with [edit] coming out on top and [edit] being the star.

King and Helms was just thrown together and the winner for HHH/Show, is up in the air.

Also a warning to those watching it. Backstage reports indicate that Moolah and Mae Young, will be in some way, shape or form, involved in the Bra and Panties Gauntlet match.

It'd be great to see a series ending earlier, but that ain't never happen, they have to go to the drama of match 7:eek:

Losing Benoit will be a big shot to not only Smackdown! but the WWE. He is a great performer, great entertainer and they should make extended efforts to keep him around, and doing decent story angles.:2 cents:

I heard he wants a reduced schedule similar to the undertaker..if they dont negotiate a similar one i think he may well go to TNA.

They should. He may not be what the Undertaker is to the WWE, but he is well worth keeping:yesyes:

Stephanie (McMahon) Levesque and her husband, Paul Levesque (Triple H), are happy to announce that they are expecting their first *****.

With smackdown as poor as it is anyway, if benoit goes, undertaker nearing retirement, and eddie no longer here it looks very grim indeed.

Too true. Don't forget to toss in Batista's age, the lack of talent, and the lack of interest and moral.

All I can say to this news is this 'Thank god I'll see it on tape and can fast foward past that'

Totally agree..so he can do a spinebuster and a powerbomb? Big wow lol All he's ever had going for him was his questionable size..everyone knows Vince has a soft spot for the big men.

If TNA becomes serious competition i dont see why they could do besides end the split, which is what alot want to see anyway instead of weak storylines & tiresome fueds.

:yesyes: I can see them ending the split and rejoining the 2 brands. All the split has done is to take away from each division. The women's is a joke, the light-heavyweight is useless, no hardcore, and the top champs are terrible. But I have a feeling that the WWE is going to get lower, until someone finally smacks the **** out of Vince and he gets it together.:fight:

Triple H is putting on weight it appears
lost the abs he once had

I noticed that to. I hadn't seen him in a while and I thought he looked bad because I remembered how he looked before. That isn't the triple H I remember.

Sometimes I think they just try too hard and end up out thinking themselves. They would be better off just going back to what made them good in the first place. They also need to pick up some people that are naturally cool instead of people they think will fill some niche they need to cover. Sometimes I wonder if they are letting some marketing department pick the people they hire instead of people who know what the fans like. Like I said before good people don’t need gimmicks to make them cool. Even the people that use them are great despite them and not because of them, like Mick Foley. What’s next, a crippled lesbian in a clown suit that ends up marrying the bogyman? They just need somebody to come out and have the fans go, “whoa I bet that guy is a bad ass”. The person doesn’t even need to look like he has eaten his weight in steroids either.

For those who didn't see it, here's what transpired after the Elimination Chamber:

Vince announces Edge is using his Money in the Bank shot. Down comes Edge into the ring. Cena, very ******, sits in the corner.

Edge can't wait to get apart of Cena. The bell rings and Edge runs off and works on Cena. Cena doesn't even fight back. Edge with the cover...1..2...kick out!

Another cover...1..2..kick out!

Edge has Cena down. Edge in the corner. SPEAR...1...2...KICK OUT BY CENA!

Edge can't believe Cena kicked out. Edge in the corner again. Edge goes and hits another spear...1...2...3!

WINNER: EDGE - NEW CHAMPION!

Well, I had hoped that Cena wouldn't walk out with the title, I just didn't expect Edge to be the one to take it. Especially since, HE's INJURED. This should be an interesting RAW tomorrow night.
