No, that's Tamie Sheffield who used to work for WOW Women of Wrestling in 2000 or so under the name Sandy. She used to team with Bobbi Billard who used the name Sunny (I think).

The Kat was Stacy Carter who left the business years ago after getting fired from WWE and eventually splitting up with Jerry Lawler who was her husband.
