Maybe useful. But I'm not sure how legal it is. :dunno:

Good point, I would look into the legality and also if they have a guarantee of confidentiality.

I used to be on Napster and other peer-to-peer music sites before it became a big legal issue. Once that happened, I stopped using all those sites. Others who did not sometimes found themselves being sued and/or facing criminal charges. Once that happens, there can be no guarantees of confidentiality.

It looks interesting. But no way would I get involved in something like this.

I love big booty too!
I am not worried about the legal issues. As an individual user your risks are quite small. It's too much of a hassle for producers of content as long as you're not sharing 1000s of films: court orders, suing etc, is not worth the trouble for say 100G of porn.

I would worry more about the safety. It says it will install a booklet on your desktop. What is that, how can I be sure its not containing viruses? Same goes for p2p sharing. Isnt that a very easy way to infect lots of computers very fast? How does that sharing exactly work, like newsgroups or t-o-r-e-n-t-s (wtf is that word illegal? :dunno:)

If its only to store your own stuff, why not use Google drive? You can register as much accounts as you like of 15G each and the misses cant find it :)

I just keep them in folders within folders within folders. If I keep them online, won't I have to redownload them everytime? Besides, the reason I download is to give me something to watch with no internet.

Will you be able to store your personal collection on there? Because if so, I'd use it as a backup. I recently I lost a shitload of porn when my external hard drive malfunctioned. I sure would've liked to have had a backup somewhere

Why not just use a 2nd hard drive for backup? Using a file-sharing site for "backup" is a crock.

No it's not a crock. I have put family reunion photos and home movies on file sharing sites for family members to access and left them there for backup reasons. I use limited access sites that I can secure with a password and login so only family members can access them. Sure I have the files backed up in the house but one fire or natural disaster and they are gone.

The crock is when content owners want to ban anything that can be used for file sharing because a few idiots misuse them. I'm not saying you are one of those people, but not everyone who uses file sharing tech misuses it. Not only do I use it for home movies, I have also belonged to several gaming groups that use sharing sites for user made campaign materials. It is just easier to put them in one place where any new user can grab them then having to email them all the time. Not to mention all the open source software projects would be boned without ways to share code plus SVN repos, and Git Hubs. There goes 99% of the software I run, and the only competition to proprietary closed source.

Granted this site looks like a crock, but not all file sharing sites are.

I think it is all bullshit and just another ploy for the NSA (US Govt) to spy on individuals on the interwebz. If you want to DL your stuff, then keep it in-house away from prying eyes.

why would you store your porno in a place that is online... we want it to be available when we want it.
