With all due respect that's such a load of rubbish. Were they born as Females? No. Just because they get some Silicone implants and wear make up, does not make them a Woman. The fact is they have kept their Penis. Now I can understand that there are some people out there who are born as a certain sex, and don't feel of that gender, so decide they want a full sex change.
