$200.= for 8 hours of work isn't too bad IMHO. Sure, it might not be nearly as much as the girls get, but since there are not nearly as many men as girls in porn (at least, you always see the same men, so I assume there's only a limited number of men in straight porn), the amount of times these men get hired are a lot higher than the amount of times their female equivalents get hired.
Anyway, the reason I originally posted this back in late 2009 because a guy falling for a girl that worked in the adult industry (http://board.freeones.com/showthread.php?t=347817) was ridiculed (ok, maybe a slight exaggeration) & the tone of the thread was that this girl couldn't fall in love... She was a stripper first & only then a human, as if being a stripper overruled her human emotions like the capability to experience love (unless she got paid of course).

:1orglaugh more like 1-2 hours of "work" and 4-6hrs of sitting around laying on the floor waiting for some starlet to show up in her lexus an hour late, circuit breakers blowup up, lightbulbs exploding, calling hotel maintenance to fix the power outlets then hiding with 5 asian girls in the bathroom quietly cause there is only supposed to be 2 registered guests in the penthouse suite of the W hotel (a san francisco shoot i will never forget) etc. as talent you spend most time waiting and you dont get paid by the hour its for the scene. and nobody gets paid til scenes done. its not hard work just lots of waiting, and oh your tests will run $110-180 per month so deduct that. you will have some great laughs and great stories though, i would only do it to ante up cash then get behind the camera as soon as you can afford one
Nah. Never. But I will say Mia Stone would be on my short list of pornstars I would do if I ever become a celeb and want to make one of those cheesy vids all the members of Motley Crue and so forth have done. Yeah. That would be sweet, but it would probably be a one time thing. I'm actually trying to find my wife at the moment.
