I have one. I'm married. I use it when the wife doesn't want to do anything or is going through her period. It's fan-fucking-tastic. Way better than my hand. I have the Tera Patrick with the Lotus texture.
Everything rinses out with fairly warm water. All you have to do is let it dry.
My only gripe is how sticky the "material" gets once the powder is washed away. It's not as noticeable once lubed but dry it's damn sticky. Tried doing the 'shake&bake' thing with it in a bag with a bit of cornstarch but that just got messy. It's awesome but having a real pussy with a nice pair of tits and a willing participant is much better. But again, a 19 year old single guy... I would have LOVED to have one when I was 19.
