You can easily tell by their dome shape, abrupt demarcation, and erect nipples.

I do like this picture, but not quite enough to give it a thumbs-up as the framing isn't quite right...why cut off her legs and then leave a gap over on the right-hand side!? It doesn't seem logical to me
