What it means when someone "seconds" a photo nomination...
Seconding a photo's nomination explicitly expresses a member's opinion/belief that a particular image is 'special enough' to deserve a shot at Hall of Fame consideration!

1378-B was already in the playoffs years ago, that photo can't compete again.
