Sure, you're allowed. But first you should ask yourself (honestly), is the Selina picture among the best nude photos you've ever seen?
To be clear, in order to qualify, pics submitted for WCN candidacy should be viewed as exceptional by at least two(2) Freeones' members.
Since you've seconded the nomination, the pic now only needs someone to "third it" to get in.
I'd say not quite too. But imo it's a better picture than most of the pics that end up in the contest, so ... :dunno:
