It's difficult enough for wmonbear to search for the best world class nudes, you can't ask him to also check if the photo was taken recently, that's too much work and excludes most of the best photos.
Photos entered into the tourney are not bound by any time frame, and for good reason.
The mission of WCN is to draw from the best nudes of both past and present in order to identify and ultimately recognize heretofore unheralded masterpieces of erotic, female-centric photography!

2nd Tiebreaker - OP's discretion
Minimum Participation Policy Important!
If at any time during playoffs, 3 consecutive matches receive less than 9 votes for the 5-day voting period, it will be viewed as "insufficient interest", thereby triggering the immediate and abrupt shut down of the tournament.
note: poll terminates exactly 5 days from match's original time stamp.
