For me I judge by face first. In this particular scrimmage Adele Stephens eeks out Veronika Zemanova.

And so I'll rank them (IMHO) : Adele Stephens, then Veronika Zemanova, then Eva Lovia, then Whitney Westgate, followed lastly by Faye Reagan. Don't get me wrong, I like redheads (i.e. Briana Beauchamp, Leanna Decker, Elle Alexandria, Lacy Lennon, Anna Bell Peaks, Marie McCray, Monique Alexander, and another Penthouse Pet, Laurie L'Oranger) but the freckles on the face to me are a big turnoff.
