You have a good eye, but nope, not at all distracted, since it's not an obvious thing.
Compared to the idea of having Holly wear jeans on the beach instead of a bikini bottom, the knife thing is minor, imo.
WCN is as much about artistic/creative choice in the context of photography as it is about the beauty and sex appeal of the featured models.

This would've been gut-wrenching for some had it been a vote for Medieval Maiden which would've flipped the match's outcome.
