Workplace Thread:disliking your boss & coworkers

Ever had a boss or a coworker(s) that you despised or made your work life hell?
How did you: cope, deal with it or get even? - lol
We want to hear some good stories on this one.

what the fuck you lookin at?
Yea, my current boss is a completly ignorant fuck. Other than that, I get along with my coworkers for the most part. But my boss can lick my sweety ball sack!

ha ha.. what jobs do u guys have?

I deliver furniture. The job itself isn't really that bad, but my boss is so fuckin ignorant that there is so much unnecessary bullshit to put up with. I'm not going into details. You all remember how much fox typed. That'd be about what this would look like if I tried to explain.

what is that in ur sig about founder of IDGAFFC?

you like it huh? Cool, I guess. But I care even less since most I consider to be friends on this board are leaving. So fuck it whatever...nothing really keeping me here anymore. Guess I'll just stick around till I go off big time and get banned for life.

lol.. how many does it take to be banned for life?

:dunno: but I bet I'll find out! :D

pretty fuckin easy to get banned anymore...a lot easier than in the past.

Ive noticed a distinct downsizing in the number of familiar names popping up in threads these last few days and weeks. Every new thread seems to die quickly after maybe two pages cause by then everyones had their say.

Yep and most of those who would keep an argument going for pages are gone. I used to stay in em. Early on when there wre lots of regulars here I'd argue and go off topic and have a blast. Lately I just make a post or 2 per thread and move on to something else. It's just not as fun as it once was :(

I usually get along with my stewards and department heads, but last week was different. For 5 days last week we were setting up for Cisco Systems' global meeting. It's probably the biggest build I've ever seen, and I was stuck with a complete asshole as a head rigger. This guys is the type of person who will yell at you because he wants you to hook up motors, then, when you're hooking up motors, he'll come and yell at you because he wants you to bolt truss together, so you start bolting truss together, and he comes back and yells at you because the motors haven't been hooked up yet. I was literally about to punch him in the face no less than 6 times each day. He yelled at me because he assigned me to a project, then, when I finished, I looked for him, but he wasn't around, so I jumped in with some other riggers, and then he came and yelled at me because that wasn't my project. It just makes for a really long day when you have to put up with a raging asshole like him, especially when you're working 15-hour days like we were.
