Working Out

My regime...
1. Get a deck of cards
2. Shuffle them
3. Designate 1 symbol for Pushups, Situps, Pullups, and Something else
4. Pick top card and go through the deck.

By working out, do you mean working on my arms by lifting glasses of **** & **** to my mouth? Or walking to the refrigerator to get another ****? If so, then yes, I do work out.

Pick one card. Now this is your goal!
Earn it with your exercises!

Additionally you can use your method: Use symbols to decide what to do with the babe on your card.

:2 cents:;)

I don't know if this counts as working out or not; but I did have a routine until not that long ago. All I'd do; I'd just do a bunch of those really hard "triangle" pushups (where you put your hands togther and make a triangle) and some situps. It was working pretty well...I had to stop recently for some personal reasons but I'll definitely start again.

I was also really into bike riding...back in 2008-09 I used to ride like crazy, lol.

^Haha, riding a bike makes a bigger difference than anyone realizes. I used to be overweight, but now I'm skinny as hell. And it all happened because I rode my bike like crazy a few years back.

I'd like to gain some more muscle, but not too much. You know what I mean?

I was working out 4-5 times a week at the gym. Now I snowboard 4-5 times a wekk to compensate. Do a bit of hiking when I board as well to find the good pow spots. So that helps. Now summer is coming I am hoping to do more biking and walking and stuff.

Whoa good idea.
I also write on them to use as flash cards to study
foreign languages while I work out.

Depends on what your goals are. But circuit training is most effective...as far as motivation...a few pics of hot chicks laying around always does the trick.

At minimum men should be doing daily calisthenics of push ups, ab work, squats and curls....IMO.

I go 6 days a week, usualy one muscle group per day, heavy.
mostly basic exercises.........I get annoyed in this country at the "professers" in the gyms here showing all these people stupid, useless , waste of time movements that do very little or actually counter produce.
basic movements hard and heavy and
food is the key, as much as possible.
