Work starts in £15m plan to get Concorde flying

What was the point in retiring the whole fleet and making a huge song and dance about that if after only a few years they are going to bring them all back?

What, aren't the leftist enviro-loons going to go ape over the evil effects from Concorde?

My, my, how some put aside their insipid leftist politics for a chance to "Fly the Future Fly the Flag."

They are not bringing them all back. The idea is to get one of them flying again in a heritage role, not even a fare paying passenger role. This aircraft was an amazing piece of engineering and deserves to be seen flying again. Nothing since has ever even come close to it.

My fault for skimming over the article, but still, who cares? £15 million for a flypass at the olympics in 2012, something that seldom a person I know gives a fuck about.

Just keep upping the budget fellas!
