The same number of domestic crimes between UK and US more or less, but far less fatalities and murders in UK because guns are illegal. Secondly, not one country that has outlawed guns can #1, prove that the criminals still don't get them, and #2, none of them have the freedoms, the rights, or the Constitution like we do. Not one of them has the right to fight against an oppressive government, not one of them is a true democracy. And I would be willing to bet, that gun was his, and he's not the one that committed the crime, I guess that proves criminals will always get guns. Statics are based on many things including population of area. Does the UK have more rural less populated areas than the America? When was this comparison done? Many things can change results, lets be real here. Even lazy data entry processors. Where were the "statistics" acquired? I for one don't feel they can be 100% accurate anymore than polls. To many variables.

As for the high and mighties: we're all capable of this. Maybe not cause our s.o. watched porn, but we're all capable of murder in the right situation. Or the wrong one.

She was a loose cannon, its that simple. In my original post I stated more than likely it was his own gun so, oops. Didn't he know his own wife was unstable?
