So, as my discussion-based follow-up post, here's some additional insight on the style of teddy pictured in the links contained in my prior post, and those of others that I referenced. It is apparently made by SpicySpot, comes in black, white, and red, is a one-size-fits-all style, and does not feature a crotch that opens. Additionally, it can apparently be acquired for girlfriends, wives, etc... rather inexpensively at lingeriemart. (with which I am in no way affiliated ... )

Sorry about the gap in posting to the thread... I had a bit of a malfunction with my gallery getter program and it ate some of the logfiles, so I had to do some reconstruction. Blech.

So, here's one thing that's been bothering me ... if you search around for "lara croft" and "leotard" on google etc, you'll see a good bit of discussion (and pics, but I forgot to save the links I got them from ...) regarding the apparent fact that from the very first Tomb Raider game, and some of the more recent ones in a more pronounced manner, the Lara Croft character has actually been wearing a green/blue swimsuit/leotard/bodysuit (whatever) with the shorts, not a shirt..... This makes me wonder, why in the blue blazes are the models portraying the official Image of Lara Croft for Eidos, etc... always wearing something that is decidedly a shirt, and not such a bodysuit/swimsuit/leotard (whatever)? Doesn't make any sense, and the hips look sooo much better with it ... (Gotta agree with Prof. Volupturary about that.)

Has anyone else noticed a pattern in the occurrence of this kind of outfit in porn? I seem to be seeing the following regions favoring them:

Solo-girl MILF sites
Solo-girl teen sites
Lesbian sites with models that are generally solo-girl
Old school European content (viva la Rodox!)
(Scherezade used to have a lot of it, but that was back in the a.b.p.e usenet days.... don't think there're gallery links for them. Anyway, this really fits in the above category.)

Also, occasionally they pop up at a slightly-higher-than-average-frequency on some of the RealityKings.com sites, which I am in no way compensated to plug, but I tend to think they make some nice stuff.

So, for my latest mandatory discussion post, let's take up the pros and cons of the resurgence of the bodysuit in modern fashion... As some of you may be aware, a lot of vendors (victoria's secret in particular), seeking to cater to ladies who prefer a sleeker, consistently-tucked-in look, have brought back the bodysuit as a normal part of the wardrobe. That's about as far as the good news goes - at least in my opinion. The bodysuit-y-ness of what they're marketing tends to be more of an afterthought. In general, they've taken rather standard dress-shirt-type tops, and attached a mesh panty to them. Fine, now it's a bodysuit, but it's completely lost the seamless transition from top to bottom, so if it rides up at all it just looks like she's got her shirt tucked into her underwear ... which is a (sarcasm)damn attractive look(/sarcasm). Oh well.

Speaking of bodysuits, etc.... riding up, what do the rest of you guys think of the kind of look where a woman's wearing one with pants or a skirt, and the tops of the leg holes are visible above the waistband? Is this hot? Is this ugly? How about some discussion....
