Woman Sues Citibank Over Being Fired For Being Too Sexy

This is probably some piss-poor attempt on her part to land a spread in Playboy. "The Woman Fired for being hot"...

Exactly. If that fails, she could be the next What-was-her-name Dupre (Ashley) - the chick that Spitzer fucked - in escorting, or just go right into porn.
I suggest a gonzo scene with Ava Addams, Charley Chase, Hannah Hilton, and Kiki Vidis to get things started! ;)

What was her position? ATM machine?

:1orglaugh (crude and vulgar, but funny!)

I'd pronote her to the new position that opened up under my desk.

... and let's hope that's what Peter North says when she does her vid with him!

:glugglug:

So they moved her to another branch, waited a month, and then fired her. Well played, Citibank. Well played. I forget, can defendants in NY state counter sue for court costs? I hope so.

But what I truly find interesting is the comments from 50 Cent fans. This gem's from "Princey".

but she aint all that, body tight yh but her face is boney wid some fu*ked up lips and that nose... wooa and my "london girl" has bigger breast!!! loool na but i fell weather she got sacked for being sexy or not she now using this to get her fame going.... ahhhh well at least she can count!!!!

I'm not totally sure what to think here. I mean she looks amazing. In the pictures her top/dress might be a little low cut and a bit more form fitting for what a bank would want to represent, Their is a women at the bank I frequent that I would say is about as attractive but her clothes are never that form fitting and she definitely doesn't show any cleavage as per the banks dress code. It's about the image the bank wants to have so they put a dress code in place so that their employees know what is expected. If she choice not to follow that and it in the end got her fired that's her fault.

As for the other bank maybe they have a different dress code they follow so she's ok.

She can't go back and sue just cause she didn't the dress code.

i work in several offices here in the city i live in.
each day i am in one or two of them.

here there is a word for a woman who looks like this one..........its called NORMAL.

oh man i wish some of you could see what mine eyes see each day.

point: big deal, a pretty girl in an office.

but i may believe the girl.
American men are so hard up, desperate and goofy that many may have acted like idiots around her.
perhaps because so many women in the states have just let themselves go and look like shit that a sexy one is a rarity at times.

I'm thinking her co-workers wanted to tap this babe and got nowhere. She might be able to get a job at a sperm bank. Lots of deposits there.

No sympathy for her. No doubt the sexy outfits got her the job in the first place, when you work in a professional environment like a bank you often have to adhere to a strict dress code as it reflects on the professional image of the bank. This applies to men and women and she was given ample warning, how can she expect to be taken seriously when the article shows her dressed up as if she's in a photoshoot, BS emotional distress. Looks more like publicity to get modelling or tv work. ps She was not fired for being sexy but for the types of clothes she wore.
Sorry, I see women dressed like her all-the-time in professional environments. The thing is that she's got one fucking hot hourglass, and they do show off her curves. But they are hardly "unprofessional." I've said it before and I'll say it again, some women have curves that are hotter than others who are naked, and clothes sometimes can't help it at all.

Frankly, the problem is ... as always ... the inability of people to keep their eyes neck-up. I don't see a problem and I would work with her and keep my eyes neck-up. There's always more to the story. Either she caused someone to take issue with some non-dress related issues, or someone else couldn't control their own lust. It could be a combination -- one man staring and making an issue, then she getting too defensive.

She's likely suing to reclaim her professional name. She's 33 and I seriously doubt she's lived this long without learning how to work as a professional. She's moved on to another bank job. If she's able to hold that -- and all eyes will be on if she is able to -- then I'd say she has a case. If CitiBank doesn't have good documentation on the incidents and why she was fired, then I'd say they are fucked.

I mean, they are complaining about turtlenecks! That means unless she wore a jacket over a straight blouse that looked really bad on her, it's her body, not her woredrobe. She has a right to dress in a way that makes her body look best, as long as it's not showing cleavage and other things. She is not dressing inappropriately in those shots. She's just flat out voluptuous of the basic form, and it causes an animalistic reaction in men.
