She was swearing at others on the bus, and the guy told her "You need to be nicer to other people.”
That was literally her motive.
And as he was on the ground, she literally just stepped over his body, not even checking to see if we was ok.

I don't know why race or political leaning has to come into this discussion; or why it's in the politics/religion sub, either. That woman was pure trash regardless of race or politics. Pushing an old man off a bus and stepping over his unconscious body after having been called out for being a piece of shit should spark enough outrage.

That being said, I'd wager a manslaughter charge would be the most appropriate, given the circumstances.
